Sub Serve opened our doors in 2008 in Waxhaw, NC. Since that time, we have served many happy clients across the Carolinas, especially Charlotte and the surrounding areas. We’ve built long-term relationships with some of the nation’s leading foodservice brands, providing fast, skilled on-site foodservice equipment repair and maintenance for convenience stores, QSRs, restaurants, coffee shops, and concessions operations.

The owner of Sub Serve LLC worked for Turbochef Technologies Inc as a technical troubleshooter and as a field service trainer. While employed with Turbochef he installed and serviced the Turbochef residential ovens at Martha Stewart’s New York studio and at her personal residence.
